the gun shadow holds, it needs to be more reliable, I think messing up with spec levels will do the job, it needs reflection a bit, a metal material
shadow's other hand, it will be cool pose if it was back, maybe rotating the spine anti-clockwise a bit is better too
The background, well if you make the horizon in the 3 pics at the same level, maybe blending them together a bit will make it much better
try that, it will look stunning!
